Refund policy

Qi Fit Refund Policy 2022

Thank you for consideration in / or purchasing of Qi Fit's Foundations of Qigong, Teacher Training - Level 1.

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or for some reason are unable to attend the course, we are here to help you.

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the following purchases: Qi Fit's Foundations of Qigong Teacher Training - Module 1.

 

1. General:

1.1. We offer refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy.

1.2. Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1.3. Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order.

2. Australian Consumer Law:

2.1. Under the Australian Consumer Law:

(a) Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

(i) to cancel your service with us;

(ii) apply for a refund of course fees;

(iii) apply for a change of course for future course dates

(b) You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with service. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a course fee refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.

2.2. We offer refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

2.3. The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of Consumer Guarantees which protect consumers when they buy products and services.

2.4. If the Australian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.

2.5. Further information about the Australian Consumer Law and these Consumer Guarantees is available from the website of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

2.6. If a product or service which you purchased from us has a major failure (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) then you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

2.7. If a product or service which you purchased from us has a failure that does not amount to a major failure (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) then you may still be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

 

3. Deposits:

3.1 Once paid, all deposits are non-refundable - except when or if Covid19 restrictions are applied and inhibit either your personal attendance or a postponing of the course has occurred due to Austrlaian Government Covid restriction legislation.

 

4. Cancellation and/or Change of Mind

4.1. In the event that you purchased Qi Fit's Foundations of Qigong Teacher Training Level 1, as stated, but that you simply change your mind or are unable to attend specific course dates, we may, at our discretion, offer you a course fee refund or an exchange for future courses, provided that:

(a) You notify us 14 days before the course starting date.

(b) In the case that the course has not already begun.

(c) The following conditions are satisfied:

(i) You have not already received course information, books, videos and other training material used throughout the course for the purpose of your education and course completion.

4.2 If a course is cancelled for any reason by Qi Fit, we aim to make a full refund of course fee's within 5 business days unless purchaser wishes to transfer course fees to a future course dates.

 

5. Course fee transfers:

5.1 If you are unable to attend the specific dates of the course you purchased, your course fee's and deposit may be transferred to a future Qi Fit training course.

5.2 If a course is cancelled for any reason, purchasers are permitted to transfer their course fees to future courses.

 

6. Response time:

6.1 We aim to reply and process and claims within 5 business days of the refund claim.

 

7. How to Claim:

7.1 To make a claim for course refunds, transfer of fees to another course or course date, or other enquires regarding our refund policy please email Qi Fit at nick@qifit.com.au

7.2 Unless otherwise defined, in our sole discretion, we shall pay all refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card used to make the original purchase.
