The Inner Animal Men's Qigong and Conditioning Circle is a 3-hour men’s workshop focused on internalising the concepts of a warrior’s magic in a way that helps develop and balance the masculine concept of frame, resilience, internal power and healing.   The concepts in this workshop will be discussed and delivered through the physical application of the ancient Chinese medicine theory of Yin and Yang and the 5 Elements to integrate and expand the King, Warrior, Magician and Lover archetypes in a way that returns these archetypes to their primal and elemental masculine qualities.

In this workshop, we will be training and applying:
