Qi Fit's The Foundation of Qigong Level 1 Certificate Program is our entry-level program for all Qi Fit Programs.
The Foundations of Qigong Level 1 Certificate Program is designed to introduce beginner students to the foundational Qigong exercises, theories and training principles of Qigong, Chinese medicine and Taoist philosophy and give them the tools they need to confidently build a powerful and transformative Qigong practice.
Our Level 1 program is suitable for anyone wanting to delve deeply into Qigong practice, whether to build their own personal home-based Qigong practice or to become a qualified Qi Fit Qigong Instructor.
So if you have practised Qigong at workshops or retreats or from online platforms and you are ready to take your Qigong practice and knowledge to the next level, you are in the right place!
