Qigong Training Tools 1 - The Next Level

Qigong Training Tools 1 is a two-day weekend workshop event.

This workshop is designed to give those students who have completed the Qi Fit's Foundations of Qigong Level 1 or Level 2 Qigong Teacher Training extra training tools and forms to add to their classes or their own personal practice.

In this workshop, we will be covering both existing practices and learning entirely new Qigong forms.

*New students are welcome. This course stacks with Level 1 Foundations of Qigong.

EXISTING PRACTICES:

Qi Fit Movement Drills

Qigong Practice

NEW PRACTICES:

Training methods for Qigong Groups:

    - Group Circle Healing Methods

    - Peng Drills.

Post and Tai Chi Walking.

2 of the 8 Brocade.

Each day will be broken up into four sessions as follows:

Morning: 900 - 1030am

 - Qigong Movement Drills/Qigong Practice.

Mid-Morning: 1100 - 1230pm.

 - Post/Tai Chi Walking

Lunch 1230 - 1pm

Early Arvo: 100 - 230

 - 8 Brocade Qigong Sets

Late Arvo: 300 - 400pm

 - Group Circle Healing Methods.

Location: Qi Fit HQ - Currumbin Waters

Dates: 23rd - 24th April 2022

Cost: 1 Day - $150 / Both Days - $240
