Qigong Teacher Training Level 2

The wait is over...Level 2 training is here!!

This training is open to anyone who has completed Level 1 - The Foundations of Qigong.

In Level 2 we will begin the journey deeper into the holistic whole-body internal movement over-laying this with the existing qigong methods from level 1 and learning a host of new qigong methods including some classical Tai Chi postures and movements.

We will also be looking at:

• Qi Fit movement drills: Learn an exercise system specifically designed to give you the knowledge and skill to improve your understanding and practice of structure and movement while also giving you amazing tools to begin teaching your classes or clients with progressions beginner to more intermediate practices. Also, in this section, we will be looking really closely at structural defects and abnormalities and how to begin correcting them using qigong by working with students and clients posture and movement.
• Refreshing Level 1 Qigong Methods: while we will be refreshing Level 1 qigong methods we will be doing so by deepening these practices with more advanced internal movement strategies. Again, this will deepen your own practice and give you progressions for students and classes to evolve to host beginner and intermediate level practices.
• More Qigong Methods: We will be covering a heap of new qigong methods so that you have a huge bag of methods to choose from. Some of these will include movements, postures and sections of the classical Yang Style Tai Chi forms.
• Other Qigong Methods: We will also be covering other classical Qigong methods you would be taught at other schools which I will be teaching with improved internal movement. These methods will likely include the: 5 Animal Movements and the 8 (pieces of) Brocade.
• More Qigong Healing methods: We will be looking more closely at Chinese medicine concepts and Chinese healing method in general as well as medical healing methods. Included in this will be some qigong training methods to help develop Qi Transference.

• Also, in this section, we will be looking at how to use some main Chinese medicine concepts and theories as a diagnostic tool for qigong exercise prescription.
• Heaps of Online material: So this time around I am going to film everything and be posting it in the group, so we build a great reference library. I will be doing weekly online Qigong classes and lessons and well as using the group as a bit of a "Mastermind" group were can (we all can) post ideas, concepts, motivational content etc. This has the aim of helping us create a supportive educational and motivations group where we can all excel and become the best Qigong practitioners we can be.
• And likely heaps of other cool stuff like the fertility and pregnancy system we will be working on throughout the program!!

**If you found this event, think it sounds great but haven't done level 1 yet there are two options:

Option 1: A condensed seven day - Level 1 program running from the March 14th - 21st. This allows you to get in and join Level 2 training starting March 27th which will act as a continuation. For more information, please check the link or call Nicholas and discuss the details with him.

Option 2: The full Level 1 Running from April 30th - 7th November and join Level 2 in 2022.
