In this class, you will be learning a range of mind/body movement meditations, Qigong exercises and traditional Chinese medicine wellness training tools to promote holistic mind-body wellbeing.
Qi Fit Qigong classes include a variety of Qigong exercises, acupuncture point self-massage techniques, gentle pandiculations (gentle moving stretches), fascia release movements, Tai Chi exercises, energy cultivation exercises, and healing methods, internal alchemic meditations and much more.
Katoomba classes are run by Sifu Aaron Cross, a Qualified Qi Fit Instructor with over 30 years of Qigong and Tai Chi experience. More about Aaron Cross here.
