BEGINNERS WELCOME!

Qi Fit Qigong classes are focused on helping you learn a powerful and relaxing Qigong and Tai Chi-style exercise practice that builds balance, coordination, functional strength, mindfulness, body awareness, mind/body connection, internal harmony, and inner stillness using breathwork and traditional Chinese healing exercise movements.

Qi Fit Qigong classes focus on classic Qigong forms, movement drills, and traditional Chinese exercises designed to help people of all skill levels learn and develop their Qigong skills in a fun, supportive and interactive environment that fosters growth and development while teaching them practical movement principles to help balance their minds, body, and soul.

• In this class, you will learn various training tools to help promote mind-body well-being.
• Classes will include Qigong exercises, acupuncture point self-massage techniques, gentle pandiculations (gentle moving stretches), fascia release movements, Tai Chi style exercises, energy cultivation exercises, healing methods, internal alchemy meditations and more.

Fullarton Qi Fit classes are run by Sifu Aaron Cross, a Qualified Qi Fit Qigong and Tai Chi Instructor with over 30 years of Qigong and Tai Chi experience and a 4th Degree Instructor Certificate from The World Tai Chi Boxing Association.
